  A really good range of supplements, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, general health foods, eco cleaning and skin care products. Always friendly and helpful and happy to advise. Good prices. Nothing is too much trouble. A brilliant local shop.

  A very friendly, informative service. You can talk about your diet and ask for advice, get ideas for recipes or just have a chat (customers permitting). There are many items in the store but if there's something you can't find then the store owners will try their best to find it for you, at the best price. This store is always my first choice for health-related products or gifts. Shopping here is like shopping in the old days before the Supermarkets dominated the towns. Support your town's specialist stores not the supermarkets! :)

  Quiet off main shopping street. Lots of stock but not as many deals to be had as other chain whole food shops. Nice to see other products I've not found elsewhere though.
