They're happy to take your money but much slower to return it when they get things wrong. I purchased over £8,000 worth of bathroom products in early summer but am still waiting in mid-Oct for a refund on their over-supply of tiles (their maths!) and towel rail swap. Their excuse: we need to receive a credit from the suppliers.
