  I have been using Halfords Autocentres for years and have had excellent service from both the Hedge End branch and the Swindon branch. However I can not say the same about the Banbury branch. I booked my car in to have my rear break pads and discs done. After four hours I returned to be told they’d done a break check and they needed doing. I told them I had booked my car in to have them done not a break check. I thought it was bad when I arrived at 8am, as they requested and Mo members of staff arrived TIL 8.15. I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this branch again and I certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone
