  This is the first negative review I have ever left, however I feel if I can save anyone from experiencing the absolutely appalling service, loss in money and utter incompetence I have had to deal with I will have carried out a good deed. I have tried to resolve this on many occasions with the manager of the store, customer services and head office, however the problems do not get resolved. I won’t bore you with the details as it would take too long but it’s just been one nightmare to the next. The end result is that I am now out of pocket considerably from both the delays in fitting the flooring, having to find my own fitter to fit the carpet (because Carpetright fitters were not available) and I still have problems with the flooring months later which have not been resolved despite calling copious amounts of time to try and get a fitter out to rectify the problems. I am now having to pay more money to get the problem fixed by another company. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  Steer clear of Carpetright Banbury. Astonishingly poor service. I have waited months to have my carpet installed and they have bungled every step of the process from ordering, measuring and installing. The one bit they were efficient at was taking my money. Head-office, please intervene...this lot is damaging your brand.
